Dubai: Mohammed Said's "Whirling Dervishes" painting set a record sale at  Christie's Middle East auction

Christie's The Khaleej Times has recently reported that  Christie's modern and contemporary art sale in Dubai  has taken in $14 million, creating a new world record for a Middle Eastern artwork auction The most expensive work sold was Mohammed Said Farsi's  "Whirling Dervishes" which went for $2.5 million.
