Germany: Security needed for Berlin's National Monument to Freedom and Unity

The plans for the construction of the National Monument to Freedom and Unity in Berlin are being slowed down due to unappaling security measures.
Architectural guidelines shall be revisited and security standards should be increased, particularly to ensure that the monument should never by more than 1500 people at once. A security fence is also necessary to protect anyone who climbs on it from falling.
The 10 million euros invested to honor Berlin's freedom is then at risk because of technical deficiencies. To be continued...
